My name is Marianne Nunes, and my husband, Vince and I have been happily married for the past 6 years.  Together we have our 5-year-old son, Jacob, as well as Vince’s two other children, Kaleigh (15) and Cody (21).  We also have 4 dogs that are like children to us – 2 Jack Russels and 2 Chihuahuas.   As you can see from the pictures, we sure do love to spend as much time as possible on our second home, The Endless Summer Houseboat.  Vince is an avid water-skier; both slalom and barefoot.  I prefer the more mellow existence of reading, napping and sunbathing.  With my corporate job in pharmaceutical sales, and Vince working long hours as an industrial mechanic, we were spending too much time away from our children and our hobbies.  Sure, we made good incomes working for someone else, but we had no time-freedom or job security.  Our children were growing up without us, and we were constantly tired.  There was never enough time in the day. So I decided to take a leap of faith and invest in myself with my own home business. Why am I telling you all of these things about myself and my thought process?

Since you are at this site, you are investigating home business opportunities. It's been said that every 11 seconds someone starts a home-based business, but how many of them succeed? I've been there, done that myself, and I'd like to save you some time, trouble, and money. Before you go any further, I'd like to tell you what to watch out for. Too many people leap at those too-good-to-be-true business scams, waste their money, and end up feeling plain foolish.

Here's a checklist of things to watch out for when you look at home-based business ventures:

If it's an MLM (multi-level marketing) plan, consider who stands to profit. Typically, it is those who get in at the beginning. The "downliners" can make money, but not the kind of incomes of those at the top. My business is not MLM. Does the business require you to purchase a large inventory up front and stock it at your home so you can quickly fill orders? Are you required to host home parties and meetings? We require no inventory and no home parties or meetings. Do you really want to annoy your friends and family members by asking them to buy your products, or bombarding them with constant sales pitches about how much money they can make by purchasing a distributorship from you and then proceeding to annoy their friends? People who have done that often find themselves unwilling (and sometimes unknowing) members of the NFL - the No Friends Left Club. Don't worry, with this business you won't have to be embarrassed by your friends avoiding you. Does the business you're considering require you to host meetings at hotels, where you pitch your product to people who just came for the free dinner? Do you have to make cold sales calls by phone or in person to people who have no interest? It's no fun to live from hotel to hotel, and while making cold sales calls takes considerable courage, we think it is just asking for rejection. You won't have to do either of these with us. Will the "business" you're looking at consist primarily of sending millions of spam e-mails, hoping for a 1-in-10,000 reply rate? This is a futile practice that we'd never ask you to do. Does the business you're looking at offer help getting your business started? Or will you be left to fend for yourself as soon as you send your money? We have shown hundreds of people how they can increase their income working fewer hours and in comfortable, happy conditions by following a proven plan. It's quick and easy to learn, no matter what your past experience - or lack of experience. I will show you how to succeed in this business. Remember, my philosophy is, "When one profits, we all profit." If you won't be on your own, who are the people associated with the business now? Are they newbies to the whole thing, too? How do I know if I am Qualified to do this business?
ONLY the ones that want to realistically change their financial status immediately should call. For the others, there are so many other things you can do here on the Internet to make extra pocket cash on the side. We are looking for ONLY the person that has the desire to make money. If you do not have the desire then this IS NOT for you.

Is this MLM?
No it is not, MLM is such a great concept but they have no real structure and it is always much harder and takes a lot longer then they say it is. We need instant gratification versus building something that could be in 1-3 years.

Do I have to talk to people with this business?
Yes, unless you are going to do manual labor then the only way to make money is to move products and services or be responsible for the movement in some way. But we can tell you this, you won't have to do any explaining of any product or service.

Are there any other costs in running this business?
Yes, Anyone who tells you that it doesn't take money to build a business is lying to you. This is a business that generates a substantial income, most businesses show only a small percentage as profit and the rest is business expenses. The difference here is this business because of its immediate high cash flow will pay for all of your expenses and still have a huge net profit left over.

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is the difficulty level of running this business?

How much time does this business require?
